The southern portion of Farm Parcel I
is essential to the viability of Lauxmont Farms.
The barn and creamery should be left to function with the farm
for the purposes for which they were established.
They are valuable and viable assets, more valuable as a farm
than as a former farm that has been stuffed and placed on the wall for
the public to see and for the public to maintain.
